मैंने एस .डी .महोदय से सूचना के अधिकार के अंतर्गत पूछा था "सरकारी नियम व शासनादेश के अनुसार जन-सेवा केंद्र जो आय ,जाति और मूल निवास प्रमाण -पत्र बनाते है ,तहसील परिसर से कितनी दूरी पर स्थापित होने चाहिए ? क्या जन सेवा केंद्र तहसील परिसर के अति निकट स्थापित किये जा सकते है ?"...............................
इस प्रश्न का मुझे ये जबाब मिला है ," आपको अवगत कराना है क़ि आपने अपने प्रश्न में query क़ी है जिसका उत्तर सूचना का अधिकार अधिनियम क़ी परिधि में नहीं आते है, उक्त के अतिरिक्त डॉ डी .बी. रॉय बनाम लीगल अफसर के वाद में निम्न मंतव्य दिया गया है "RTI not to answer Queries .....It is not to an appellant to ask,in the guise of seeking information ,question to the public authorities about the nature and quality of their actions .The RTI act does not cast on public authority any obligation to answer queries,as in the case ,in which a petitioner attempts to elicit answers to his questions with prefixes,such as,why,what,when and whether.
क्या मुझे इस जबाब को मान लेना चाहिए या सलाह दे क़ी मैं क्या कर सकता हूँ

reply is correct and sustainable.
You cannot seek information which does not exist in "material form"
You can challange this order if you can prove that instructions exists which provide that "जन-सेवा केंद्र जो आय ,जाति और मूल निवास प्रमाण -पत्र बनाते है ,तहसील परिसर से कितनी दूरी पर स्थापित होने चाहिए ? क्या जन सेवा केंद्र तहसील परिसर के अति निकट स्थापित किये जा सकते है ?"
