Non occupation charges

(Querist) 17 October 2013 This query is : Resolved 
I have following query:
a. Whether non occupation charges be levied to flat and shops which are locked and not occupied in a society

b. While working out NOC charges @10% the amount of sinking fund,repair and maintenance fund along with maintenance charges is also taken into account.

c. Whether society can have a different rate for monthly maintenance charges for commercial establishments and flat if approved in resolution in AGM

TIT IS 10%OF MAINTENANCE CHARGES EXCLUDING SINKING FUND , REPAIR FUND
