One of my uncle have a shop which was door locked by the tenent from the last four years. what are the remidies available to him

what was agreement entered into with old tenants ?at time of vacating shops landlord must have given some assurances of offering alternative accommodation when new blg is constructed

First get issued a Legal Notice to him demanding him to pay up arrears of rent if any, and also for his ejectment from the leased premises if you've some concrete evidence of him being your tenant.Please press the Thank you button on my profile.

Your uncle can file suit for eviction against the tenant. Ask him to engage an advocate for doing this.
