Sir,
At present we are paying Rs. 7042.00 to our contract labours & securities as per factory act. Whether we have to addtionally HRA or HRA is already included in this.

If you are paying at par or above the minimum rates as prescribed under your State notification of Labour department then nothing more is legally to be paid.

Dear Sir,
We have 2 power houses in maharashtra. Here in our 1st unit app. 10 contract labours & secuirities & 13 labours & securities in 2 nd units are working since last 5 years. Now they have kept following demands
1) Change wages rate from unskill to skill
2) Pay HRA other than min wages
3) Apply mediclaiam facility all family menbers
Now We have agreed to pay wages as per skill wages by keeping designation as a unskilled labours. Whether we have pay HRA also. What is the rule for HRA & mediclaim. Pl. reply

Now We have agreed to pay wages as per skill wages by keeping post as a unskilled labours. In which category we have to adjust the additional diff. amount. Whether we have pay HRA also. What is the rule for HRA & mediclaim. Pl. reply

Payment of Minimum wages is legal requirement, you can pay any amount more than this.
