D.o.b change on my kids passport

Hi ,

My kids passport was issued in Dubai. We came back to India for good. Now I found that DOB on his passport is wrong. I would like to know what is the procedure to change it in India.

you must be having birth certificate ? does it mention correct date of birth ?

What is the age of kid (s). Whether the school documents if any are also containing the same DOB or other.
However, if you are having birth certificate of correct birth date apply to passport office for correction.
