Sir...we have falsely implicated by my brother FIL who coailation with SHO made false FIR u/s 498-A/406 against each and every member of our family and trail is yet to begin but whenever we made apperance the FIL hurled very abusive language in courts and made strong disparaging re,marks aginst us in the presence of the magistrate....Our lawyer remain silent whenever he screams and abused us..I read that there is section 327 CrPC which has the provision to exclude any person from the court proceedings whose presence may caused influenced to the witnesses..Shall we move such application or we should keep on hearing his volley of abuses..we felt ashamed as we cannot do any thing except watching his face

You should definitely move such application and should also replace your lawyer.

Change your lawyer. Prey court to take cognizance of his behavior in court.
