Govt employee surname name and father name different from property documents

This case is quite unique and complicated.
My father is a PSU employee with name in company records, RAMA REDDY IDIGA S/O VENKAT REDDY IDIGA. He has been working with the same name for last 30 years.He will be retiring in 4 years.
His actual name out side is RAMA REDDY PATURI S/O MALLA REDDY PATURI. All the lands he posses are with this name.
So, the surname and father name is different.
he has govt photo IDs with both the names.
Please tell me what are the ways, he can regularise this issue.
First I thought of changing his name in the company by gazette notification, but the issue is the father name still remains different.
Second, I am plannning to apply for the passport with companies name and inlcuding the PATURI name as alias name. But, would this passport with alia name supports him during land transactions.
can he apply for adhar card card with alias name.
here the problem is not only the surname , but father name too..
please advise.

No need to regularise his name. Just get an affidavit done.

What is the actual name and how this difference occurred ?
You may go ahead with your passport application with alias name.

The difference is bcz, he joined the company with some other persons name, it was non-executive job.
Is the passport with alias name sufficient to prove that both the persons are same.

Dear Sudhir kumar ji,
I understand its unlawful.30 years before, he has no idea as why he has to join the company in some others name due to illiteracy. Now I want to rectify it. Please suggest a way.
would the passport with alias name( PATURI)solve the issue.

It is better to personally contact the concerned officer of Passport instead of leaving the scope of assumption and presumption.

The Photo id of father is not required while applying for the Passport.
What name of your father you are having on your educational certificates,Id proofs and other related documents. If it is same in all documents, you may proceed with the same in passport also. If it differs, try to get changed in thew documents which are to be submitted for passport.

I already posses passport, in all my certificates the surname of mine and my father is PATURI( one which is our actual surname). But, in his company records the surname and his father name is different.
Now, the passport application is for my father. He wish to include the alias name along with the name as per company records.
can this passport with the alias name,be presented as a proof that the person is same and is having two surnames.

Until and unless the change of name (alias) is not incorporated by the passport office in their record, no change can be effected.
