Hi,
i am looking forwards for a query which is related to partnership registration
My friend advocate by profession unknowingly entered into a Partnership firm as a working partner and have applied for registration of the same at the concerned Registrar of Firms.
But the registrar of firms now have issued a objection towards the said registration of partnership firm and asked for No Objection from the Bar council of india/state for the same.
Now my friend is not willing to continue with the said firm as a partner and looking forward to retire himself and have to continue with the advocate profession.
Kindly help me out with this case

reconstitute the firm . let your advocate friend retire from firm . appoint some one else as partner .

Start the process of Registration of the partnership reconstituted without the advocate.
