Two diff ps book same 498a

Can a X Police station book 498a on same husband whereas another 498a is pending from Y police station?
The two different PS booked in two different years on same person in Hyderabad.
Do we have right to ask the X PS why they have booked same 498a on same person? or is there any legal way to stop such foul play in upcoming times in diffent Z police station? .

for same facts only one complaint can be filed . draw attention to fact that on same facts 498A complaint is already regisitered

Thanks Ajay sir, But X PS is not listening, might be they are bribed. Under this situation what is the legal way from false 498a victim to that PS?

No complaint can be filed with same facts, but as you have said that two different complaints are filed on different dates and locations it is possible that the same accused must have harresed complainant on two different occasion's at two different places..pls check if they are filed with same facts or not.

IF THE SAME INCIDENCE WITH SAME DATE TIME AND PLACE HAS BEEN REPORTED AT TWO POLICE STATIONS ONLY THEN IT IS WRONG OTHERWISE NOT.

It seems that the date , time, place, incidence must be different specially when X PS is not listening as after your complaint they most have checked about this.

Even if the incidents are different, two 498A cases between the same persons can not be started.
The later incident may give rise to proceeding under different sections like assault, criminal intimidation etc.
