Mr. Raja Goswami,

Before I reply your query, you need to let me know, are you really the DAUGHTER of the deceased Government servant on whose death your elder brother would have got job on compassionate ground?
Rajendra K Goyal (Expert) 27 January 2014
Author, answer the question raised by the expert PS Dhingra ji.
Advocate. Arunagiri (Expert) 27 January 2014
Compassionate appointment is being given to take care of the family, in the demise of the earning member.

so, your brother, ought to take care of his mother and brothers and sisters.

If he refuse to take care, make a complaint to his employer.

On receiving the reply from their office, come back to us.

Arunagiri ji, the querist is Raja (male) not Rani (female) but has stated to be the daughter of the deceased employee. The problem does not seem to relate to him in any way.

try to understand sir i m asking the question on behalf of my aunty because she is illilerate
And being experience lawyer you know that nowday a person change very quickly then employer will also not do something so it better to take early precaution to avoid future disputes

As expert Mr.Arunagiri advised Compassionate appointment is being given to take care of the family, in the demise of the earning member. Before giving the employment, the organisation would have asked the consent of all the family members. If the person who got the employment fails to take care of the family, the organisation can not do anything. The other family members can not claim the part of the salary from the organisation as it does not have such right. However, they can file a civil suit and request for maintenance if there is no other source of income. The salary is basically given for the work an employee does. Appointment on compassionate grounds is a relaxation in selection of the employee. Family disputes can not be taken care of by the organisation forever.

Mr. Raja,

Great, you want us to try to understand without your mentioning how you are related with the problem. When you have used the words, "my" and "I" in the query, where is the question of presuming that you were asking question on behalf of your aunty. Can you clarify, what is the yardstick for us to understand that you were asking question on behalf of your aunty.

About 8 months back also you raised query stating, "i did not get my job after my mother dead." Was that related to you or that also was related to your aunty? The following is the link of your query:
http://www.lawyersclubindia.com/experts/Did-not-get-job-apply-for-compassion-ground-395176.asp

Better avoid making fun of the experts by putting such type of queries and trying to prove that we are idiots being not able to understand the sense of your query.

Mr.Dhingra,

It is true some queries are raised for fun, to test the knowledge of experts, to update their knowledge, to have general knowledge etc. By this genuine queries are missed by the experts.

Thanks your memory, you have traced the previous query raised by the same querist.

Let us wait for the reply of this querist.

Arunagiri ji, Rajendra ji and Sethi ji,

Thank you very much for the appreciation. In fact, as of my belief, if the experts community is sincere, honest, and ready to render appropriate advice, as far as possible, to the persons in trouble, I sumply expect from the querists also to be honest in posting their genuine problems, rather than trying to befool the experts community or making fun of them just to waste their precious time.

I appreciate Mr. Dingra's views about the experts here and thank him personally for standing by all the experts here. Matter of fact even I dont go deep into the querist's antecedents and go ahead with whatever contribution from side until if some other expert points out the query to be repeated or have been raised in the academic interest. Well, as you rightly said that the experts community is sincere, honest, and ready to render appropriate advice, as far as possible, to the persons in trouble, I sumply expect from the querists also to be honest in posting their genuine problems, rather than trying to befool the experts community or making fun of them just to waste their precious time, I fully endorse your views about this, Thank you, Sir.
