If I purchase a SRA flat in andheri-east 225 carpet area, the building age is 9.5 year...so It will transfer on my name after 6 months? and what is the procedure and Transfer fee and stampduty-registration...can u pleas tel me...my id prashusmart@gmail.com....my no: 9870452737

wait for 6 months . then it will be free of lock in period . you can purchase it and trnsfer it in your name legally .

but After 6 moths cost of flat will raise...right?? u have any idea after 10 year procedure and Transfer fee and stampduty-registration and all...

Contact a local lawyer.
It is not better to gamble 80-90% investment for 10-20% higher cost raise which would result to get the flat.

But Any one have idea What is the Govt. price of SRA andheri-mumbai flat? and stamp duty registration fee, Transfer fee as per raidy reco...of the same.... plz If u have any contact give me....

search in ready reckon er for stamp duty payable on flats in your area in Mumbai . if society is formed transfer charges are Rs 25,000 .
