When experts deny to answer anonymous query, the author should come with identity.
However, since I have already participated in thread my opinion is:

All the legal heirs should execute relinquishment deed in favour the wife of deceased.
T. Kalaiselvan, Advocate (Expert) 04 February 2014
A GPA holder cannot become a owner of the property to which he has been authorised to sell or dispose, further one of the GPA holders of the joint deed is reported to have died, thereby the GPA deed becomes invalid, hence the principal only has to decide about next course of action in this regard. A request that the anonymous may disclose himself/herself.

@ Mr.Kalaiselvan,
The author meant that his parents purchased a flat and the seller was a GPA holder.
One of the joint owners i.e., his mother died, not the GPA holder. GPA holder role was already over once he executed the sale deed on behalf of the owner of the property for whom he was holding the GPA.
Advocate. Arunagiri (Expert) 05 February 2014
The author, is anonymous, not giving complete facts of the issue.
