Can non member of educational trust file application for dismissal of trustees u/s 41[d] of bpt act?

I am a social worker. i have to file a case against an educational trust registered under the BPT act 1950 for misapropriation and misuse of millions of rupees of the trust. i am neither a tustee nor a beneficiary of the trust. Can i file an application under section 41 D of BPT act for dismissal of trustees? if no, then please suggest me the alternate remedy.

If you are not related in any way with the trust, I don't think anyone would like to become a tool of apprehensive blackmailing of the trustee by suggesting you any alternative remedy against the trustee.
Become a trustee, yourself, or let trustees decide how to tackle the misappropriation case, if any.
