Dear Sir,
I am a helpless father of a 3 years old son , i am frustrated with law process
1)In 2012 i submit petition to give my son gift during puja "Durga puja"
opponent play technique that puja get over but i did got get order
2)In 2012 , i pray for birthday celebration , court give order to celebrate
birth day at wife place , wife simply locked the door and i was unable to celebrate
even to see my son face
3)In December'2013 , i submit petition that i want to celebrate birthday and take him to zoo
a)first date her lawyer says his petition is not ready
b)second date high objection
c)third day judge absent
d)fourth date , birthday is over , no use of the petition
Is there any one who advice me what to do to get my legal rite ?
How to ensure this rite and break opponent technique ?
Shall i move to high court informing all?

you can draw attention of court to deliberate violation of court orders by wife on number of occasions . in future make application 3 months in advance and request for short dates for reply

You can prey the court by mentioning the dates in coming year you want to celebrate or to be with your son and get the permission in advance.

If wife had made violation of court order, you might have filed a contempt of court petition so that your wife might have felt some fear of the courts and law.
If you sit tight over your seat without caring for your driver, you cant get desirable results.
