My husband is the owner of cidco flat in nerul sector 6. We want to sell the flat but the agent is telling that documents are missing in cidco so we are not getting noc from the cidco and we are feeling very helpless
So what has to be done . How to approach to cidco for the documents.

what are the documents missing in CIDCO? is cooperative housing society formed? do you have original documents with you ?
is there any such condition in your agreement that prior permission is necessary for sale of flat ?
you don't need agent for sale of your flat . number of online real estate sites wherein you can upload details of your flat for sale

These are the regular reasons by the cidco officer for harrassing the public. You have to appoint advocate, agent cannot help you out.
