Dear Mr Kalaiselvan........
Sir
You are an experienced lawyer and are talking sense. Donot you think consent for compounding by fraud is not a valid consent in law. During composition of 494 wife clearly deposed before court she is not guilty. she has stated on oath before family judge that the child was born dead and was born from legal husband. New development shows she lied. Donot you think in your opinion, the compounding was null and void ab initio? This will be very helpful.

Mr. Tiwari, Law is not having answer for your sentimental feelings. Law is law which will go its own procedures laid out for the purpose. In the present case, it was decided and agreed upon by both the parties to the issue for a compromise and settlement, what is law doing here when the matter was not resisted and the facts were suppressed for the purpose of the case. Unless it was proved, the law was blind then and the matter was adjudicated accordingly. Now if you have grievances against the adjudication, prefer an appeal before the higher court.
