sir i want to ask whether we can force spouse,s boss to come and tell whether husband's job was really in trouble at the time his wife was pregnant . as he tried to force me to go for abortion on the pretext that his job is in trouble.

Simplify the things. She can always call his colleagues ti know about his job prospect. She can even ask for some prima facie proof of the version from his husband also.
Keep faith on her husband.

kalaiselvan sir do u justify husband behaviour.. u seem to be hell bent tht a women is there only to misuse this site.. well askk the one who actuually suffers by their husband. it is a dark whole on both sides whether u choose to live with thm or get divorce. it is hell for women...

if the question is to choose the job or baby then baby should be first priority, so if the husband loose his job then no need to worry, he can get another job but don't think about abortion. it is a criminal offence u/s 312 of IPC and the person who abort the child will be prosecuted before court of law. "career is not more then a life". because this is not a reason for abortion that my job is in trouble

respectd sir. i didnt and would nvr abort the child. i m a mother now by god's grace.bt my husb is avoidng me. dsnt tk call. so we r being forcd to thnk abt legal help. i dnt want any1 job to be in trble . and it is my husbnds job. i cnt stoop to his level... wht i meant was if we r frcd to go to court a

Inducement for abortion is a criminal wrong so one must refrain from doing so. To abet such a crime is also punishable by law. Hence, you go to your parental house give birth of a child and thereafter can return back to your husband.
