Engage an advocate. it is not wise to fight case in person.

Legal job is like surgery .
Irreparable damage can be[ will certainly] be caused by person without experience and skill.
Being MBA , you must be knowing, why Jobs are delegated, and why self done is not well done in specialised field?
because you are not confident, and know u cannot manage ur affairs, you demanded help from us: if it is true, u need Advocate's help. Very fact u r here c LCI proves u need Lawyer's help.
Don't u engage Lawyer for your firm??
Despite that. if u want to take risk, it's ur Adm.
Medical Surgery can be done once again, not legal trial. it is Final.
Hospital with White Coat Dr.
is
Equal to Court with Black coat Advocates.
Both can't run/ can't cure physical / mental disease. it kills.

I suggest you to engage an advocate and support him in the presenting the arguments.

A lawyer would be in a better position to present you legally.

I agree with the experts that you better engage a lawyer, but you can always pass on necessary instructions time and again if you feel that he is deviating from the main stream. Let us be confident but never be over confident.
