when did you get married . contact local lawyer and file for divorce on grounds of mental cruelty . refusal to have sex amounts to cruelty

Yes filing suit for divorce on ground of cruelty is an option unless she agrees for mutual divorce which is most expeditious and efficacious way to get divorce.

I got marriage in 2008 We have a kid of 5 Years but from 3 Years she is not allowing me to have Physical relation previously she used to tell me to take divorce she is ready for mutual but now from 3 months she is not ready for mutual and now i am requesting her to give divorce. i want to know with whom the kid will be and what compensation i have to pay for kid and is it necessary to pay her if she is working

If she is working then you are not bound to provide maintenance but you have to pay for maintenance of the child.
Child is likely to remain with mother unless she is not so willing.

You can very well file a divorce on the grounds of non cohabitation for more than 2 years upwards. If it is proved that she is having sufficient means of income to support her life through her salary and other income, the maintenance amount can be denied to her.
