Hello,
Both the parties went for mutual divorce due to some issues. Now the case is dismissed mutually. girl demanded her belongings which they refused to give. She belongs to ahemdabad and got maried in gaziabad. Can she file the case from ahmedabad ( for divorce and her belongings). What if man file case against her first.

she can file for divorce again on another ground in ahemdabad . man can also file for divorce in Ghaziabad but wife will make application to SC for transfer of case to ahemdabad

better, she file DV at Ahmedabad, demanding her belongings, mtn, residence.
Forget Divorce[ as both mutually dismissed the case, who want divorce??].
Let her go to Mrs. P R Joshi at Rajya Mahila Suraksha Samiti, Bahumali House , Ll Darwaja, Ahmedabad-1. [ Guj State CID Crime. ]& Or Protection Officer, Kapadia, & Report.
OR: Consult Local Advocate and file Application u/s 12 of PWDV Act, 2005, at Metropolitan Magistrate Court at Ahmedabad.

Dear experts,She was told that she can file DV frm amdavad,but can not claim for her belongings and stree dhan from there..for that she has to file the case in ghaziabad,i.e place where she got married.
Please help and resolve this confusion.

SHE CAN claim for her belongings and stree dhan from AHMEDABAD ..UNDER SAME D.V.
She NEED NOT file the case in ghaziabad,i.e place where she got married.IT IS PROVIDED IN DV
