Dear Experts.
After filing divorce patition on cruelty ground by me my wife went to her parents and sent a RCR letter .i sent a reply for the RCR long back. there was an appearence date on 20 march 2014 at court which they made through a lawyer. but she did not appeared. she left from here on 20 jan 2014 so far there is no communication between both of us. next date is 21 july 2014. what all are the scenario I can expect now onwards. so far I have not recieved any summon Like 498a etc.

Consult your lawyer who is better informed.
Till the time you did not receive notice/summons of the court, no case is there against you.

Yes, 498A is a possibility especially if she has not filed any RCR after the notice.
Without knowing your full case story it is difficult to advise further.
