Dear Sir,

has sent the NI 138 notice in Bhopal but same was return back in 2 days with remarks refused to accept.

notice sent from on 28/4/14
notice return on 30/4/2014

my query is in how many days I have to file the complaint in 30 days from the date of receipt of return notice or 45 days.

within 45 days including 15 days mandatory period to make the payment of cheque amount.
