Dear sir,
A is husband and B is wife both are married as per Hindu vedic law. Wife filed suit against husband under The Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act 2005.Now,question husband created Trust.husband make property in the his lifetime in the name of trust; can wife claim on that property?if yes please suggest me case laws.

I agree with Sh. Raj Kumar Makkad and Bhartesh Goyal, wife has no claim in the property during lifetime of husband. The husband is competent to transfer/donate his share/acquired property.

Eve if the property was shared household and the same has already been donated, wife has no claim against that property either earned prior to or after the marriage.

I agree with the opinions of experts that the wife cannot legally claim for a share in the property during his life time, but I feel expert Mr. Dhingra is right in observing that this is an academic query raised by the author.
