Hi experts,
I am mohit yadav married in 8-02-2013. My wife from starting she had extra affairs. I told their parent and gave recordings for the same. but she is continuously talking over phones. Now she call someome @ my home in the absence of me and my family menbers. My mom came in the afternoon and ask her about him.
She is blaming on her that she beats her. As my wife is pregnant. My mom age is 65 .
She called to her father and told that me and my parents are fighting with her. she has no money to survive . Her father send someone very next day to get her back to native place. from there she call to me or my parents and blackmail us with fake FIR against dowry& domestic violence. And she told that, she get married with someone else.

Do not fear anymore. After the passing of the recent decision of supreme court , the arrests in 498A is no more a routine manner.
Lodge complaint with local police about such threats and extra martial affairs of your wife.
If you want to end this marriage then file suitor divorce.

Sir,
I am (Mohit Yadav) get married on 8thfeb2013 with the Pooja Yadav (20) in Mundera, Allahabad, and Uttar Pradesh. As per the Hindu marital act and both side agreed on it. In Hinduism both (Bride & Groom) are not allowed for having extra affair (extra relationship with others opposite sex) after marriage.
My wife have extra affair from day one when come Delhi after marriage, and I have always disputes with her in this regards only. I was raised this issue in the front of her family, after that she live few months normally. But after that she calls her boyfriend at home, without my permission. Then, I did not accept it and shouting on both of them, then she call her parents make drama that – “my parents teasing & abusing her.”
I was talk to their parent and try to understand the situation but they are not ready to accept my words, in the front of my wife’s drama. I gave them recoded voice conversation of my wife & her boyfriend. She lives their home for two months and then come back to Delhi with the condition of – “She live in Delhi separately.” I agreed and I took a floor on rent, there also she make affair with our neighbor’s brother name Vijay. One day I caught her – She gone with vijay outside of house without my permission and information. I call her, but she didn’t pick the call. When she came I asked her, she is excusing for the same. I ignored that also. I was afraid with her and try to understand her that its wrong, but she is not ready to accept it.
She called her boyfriend (Surender) Delhi at house and go for date without informing me. We lived separately for 5 months, in this period she continuously receive many calls on daily basis. They are all her boyfriend numbers. She fought many times and get back to her native place Allahabad. Again I need to explain the reasons of the arguments when we lived separately to their parents. I was again proof of the recording which I has been share with her mother and their brother’s.
Every day whenever I came to home she is on call, I was fed up from unwanted calls those are basically her boyfriends. 1. Surender 2. Shivlal 3. Vijay. I was try to stop her but she arguing on the same and call to their parents and update them that - I’m not giving her money or abusing her. This same thing she repeats many times.
I was shifted from the rented house to k-1 block in the front of my sister. One day she told me that his friend (Rozi) boyfriend came to Delhi, and she want to meet. But I am not agreeing on it. She fights on it. The man was shivlal lives in Rewa working in Army as Clerk 57 Regiment in J&k. At least after long argument she call her at home
He screwed my complete life. He calls on daily basis and talk with her many times in a day. (I have one recording with me as proof.) He calls her in the morning time, Afternoon, Evening and night. She receive calls from a new number when I asked her – she told me that its his friends number. But in actually it’s my Colleague working with me into last organization. Again she was busy with him also. Whenever I ‘m not available at home she was make calls to him and chat. One I record their conversation & getting shocked that they have oral sex conversation through mobile. I was shouting on her and try to drop her at her home in Allahabad, but due to their brother’s marriage I was not gone there. She is have one trend that every mistakes when she done, She excused in the front of her parents that, she is compromising with me. In the terms of financially, personally and with my parents. My parent are +65 and they are not lived with me when I was shifted my house. Every day whenever I reach home, she is always on call with shivlal. He is the only person who calls her many times in a day. She plan to go to pune alone, and she try to book the ticket but she don’t have valid id proof, then she forced me to take her to pune to meet their Boyfriend. She is pregnant of 4 months and she decides to travel. I was completely denied her to travel in this condition. She told me that I want to go. At least I book the ticket take her to pune to meet with him. When she come back she again fighting with me because of Shivlal. She want that he will stay for a day at my home. I am not agree on it and we are fighting from 30th may to 5 th June, Daily she receive calls of shivlal and I am abuse him lot. But both of them not ready to listen me. She plan to move from Delhi , so she call her father and told that – “I am not giving money to her,” she is crying over the phone daily in the call conversation with her father. Her father decides to take her to Allahabad, meanwhile in the absence of me she call that shivlal at home on 6th of June 2014. She fights with me since last night and in the morning again she told me that he is coming you get out from the house. I was on leave on that day because of him. She continuously shouting and abusing to me . When I was reach at home he left the house at 17:00 Pm. I reach home at 22:30. Just I entered the house she is shouting on me because I didn’t make the reservation. My mom came and told her that your father-in law is coming don’t shout, but she is not listen to her also and call her father and told her that Mohit and his mom is fighting with her. With this fake drama she is continuously crying to hide her blender mistake. Her father sends his uncle in the next day morning @6:30 Am. She gone inside and pick the 10,000/- rs from inside the bed cushion. And she went to our neighbor took money from her also name is (Santosh). When she is going I asked for the money weather she picked or not she strieht forwardly dined that. I have doubt suddenly, but checking her purse that was my mistake. When I called her father to inform that his daughter stolen money, he is not ready to listen me and cut off the call. When she reach her home she calls me and warn me that she will launch FIR against me and my parents in the women cell for Dowry. She also makes charges of we kept whole jewelry which she got in marriage. I would like to inform you that in the front t me she and her mother took whole jewelry from my house to giving excuse of theft.
When I reach Allahabad after 20 Days in the month of June, they are not ready to talk to me. Pooja and her mother blaming on me and my mother. Even she is pregnant of 6 months now, and I don’t want that she take any stress, but she still shouting on me. I just gave her 3000 rs and come back to railway stn. From 13th of June I did not talk to her.
