You have so far been on the defensive. Better go for the offensive by taking steps for a suit for damages. First of all, issue him a Notice through an lawyer.

The question what you have put in the last post, if a fact, should be queried or submitted before the court which has taken the criminal case on file. What are the charges in the criminal case?
