Both in null and void & divorce case marriage dissolved but in null & void case your marriage became annulled and you will not called divorcee but after obtaining divorce you will be called a divorcee , 2. The grounds to file for null & void your marriage and the grounds to file divorce are totally different 3. to make your marriage null and void you have to file with in a year of your marriage while in divorce you can file your case after the completion of one year of marriage, yes , If you failed to get annuled your marriage later you can file a fresh case of contested divorce on different grounds .

Hi,
From the court , the null and void petition has reached my wife in the month of may,2014. My marriage date is Aug 11, 2013.
the first court proceeding was held on July 12th ,2014 ( My wife came and contested the case)
I was not present on May 12th, 2014
the next court proceeding is on Aug 11, 2014.
My question is whether i filed null and void within an year or not.

In stead of subsequent suit, pray for alternative relief of divorce in the same suit.

I heard that the judge will give some kind of counselling to me.
i am committed and i will never accept the girl as my wife and her family cheated me.
can the judge force me to accept her during counselling.
in such cases how i should answer the judge.
i heard that i should be very much carefull and polite while talking in the court

Nobody can force any decision on you, you remain strong in your decision and challenge the case before you by properly prosecuting the same, do not get confused or frightened by the counseling sessions, concentrate on your case.

Your solution lies with amicable settlement...
YOUR STRUGGLE TO PROVE NULL & VOID WILL NOT
IS ABSOLUTELY USELESS..
Reason: relationship exists allow her remedy under DV.. even if you win null void/// in fact that too is next to impossible..
By resigning your 1 Lakh p.m. job; you committed further blunder! STARTED LOOSING A LAKH PER MONTH!!!
ARE YOU PROPERLY GUIDED BY YOUR ADVOCATE???
YOU MUST MOVE CRIMINAL PROCESS AS SHE MARRIED AGAIN , W/O INFORMING YOU
