Hi experts,

Pls guide me that if we need to file bail application which is as per crpc treated by session court. I want to know in evry case first it will be listed to magistrate and then magistrate will transfer it to session after going through the offences or bail application can directly be placed before session court? pls clear the process

pls guide experts,,would appreciate.

Tutorial classes should not be expected to be held by experts. Discuss your personal legal problem. Otherwise, as head of your department, you and your company can very well afford to hire services of some legal practitioner.
