Unfit query, no legal proposition is involved in the instant query.

law ever provides a remedy
Isaac Gabriel (Expert) 27 September 2014
Think otherwise! Why the bill should be paid by you as the connection itself is in father's name?

@Arun Shukla,
Contact and consult local lawyer.

Have amicable solution. Get sub meter installed or take separate connection.

Is it a legal query to be posted in this forum? You family members cann't decide this small problem?

Install sub-meters and divide the bill according to the consumption.

Law ever provides a remedy, but everybody rushes to Court to settle this type of small matters, the genuine needy person will not get justice in his life time.

Adv. Arun Shuklaji,

You may refer them to court proceedings , so at least you will be benefited!!!!!!!!!!!!
BEING ADVOCATE..
WE DON'T HAVE TO SOLVE THEIR PROBLEM,
WE MUST GET JUSTICE TO THEM THROUGH COURT PROCEEDING, AND ENJOY OUR FEES.
BE PROFESSIONAL..
