how any person sells antic property which is got by way of heirship
is any procedure to sale it by way of auctio n ?
is there any sanction is required to take from government ?

Is the item an antiquity or art treasure registered under THE ANTIQUITIES AND ART TREASURES ACT, 1972?

It is better to consult a local consultant who is conversant with the local laws in this regard and then proceed, because this is a sensitive issue involving lot of other local issues including theft of temple old idols etc in the name of antiquities..
