The question to be asked is:
Whether you are an employee in the pay rolls of Reliance Life Insurance?
If the answer is YES, then you will not be able to practice as an Advocate/Taxation lawyer.
If earning commission by selling Insurance policy is your business? Have you ever filed your I.T. Return? What did you show your income from commission as?
