I have a property case which is going on in Bombay high court on Aurangabad Bench. The justice has given judgement as below: ORAL ORDER  :  After all the office objections are removed, liberty is granted to the parties to apply for circulation for placing Civil Application for orders.Â
Action : AFTER OFFICE OBJECTIION REMOVE LIBERTY GRANT.
I am unable to understand this judgement, so request your expert advice. Regards, Pankaj Patil

when you file a suit number of objections may be raised by registry regarding court fees, proper spacing done not done for paras , illegible copies of exhibits enclosed etc .
only after objections are removed suit is numbered . HC has directed to remove said objections . after suit is numbered you can agains have papers produced before court and apply for interim reliefs
