Civl case filed false documents

False/fabricated documents of plan of property and false affidavit is filed by plaintiff along plaint, now
1- can I file application u/s340 crpc in the same court.
or
2- should I have to file in criminal court.

Yes you can file application u/s 240 crpc in the same court. No such complaint can be filed directly to the civil court.

first prove said documents as false in court otherwise u cannot file 340.
