Regarding ancestral property divison

(Querist) 11 November 2014 This query is : Resolved 
Respected Sir ,, It is Stated that my Grand Father Had expired without executing the WILL. My grandfather has three sons & a Daughter ,, Before the death of my grand father the Daughter of my grandfather ( MY BHUA ) had died . Till now no will is executed , therefore you kindly requested to tell that sons of the daughter have any right over property .

pls let us know when your grandfather died. since he died intestate all have share over the property. what about your grandmother? is she alive?

The property would be divided among all the legal heirs equally if grand father expired in recent years.

@ Madam Jayashree Hariharan my Bua and and my grandmother had died before my grandfather. My grandfather passed away on 15th july 2010. So, please give me suggestion that whether my bua's son can claim over the property or not?
