Property of partnership firm issue

Namaste. I am a partner of a firm located at rajkot/gujarat. this firm was constituted about 15 years ago by registering parnership firm and we had bout a property making document in favor of the partnership firm. Know for more then 10 years the firm is in sleeping mode and relation with my other partner of the firm is not good. so he neither taking any interest in dissolving the firm nor ready to give me my 50% share of the property. he isn't ready to issue me any poa. so please suggest me how can i get my share of property or right to sale out that my share of property. thank with regards. my contact detail is 8141740456 and my m a i l id is mukundkumar2009 at the rate g m a i l d o t c o m

1. You can file a suit for dissolution of partnership.
2.In that event the court will grant your ude share in the accounts and proeprty of the firm.
3. To file suit for dissolution refer to the terms of partnership deed.

Thank you very much for your quick reply Mr. Barman Saheb but there is any other way except the court, please tell me. The actual situation is at present I am in need of money and that I can get only by selling my part of share of the property ( I have a party who is ready to purchase ) or by replacing the partnership with me.
and all the terms of the deed is allowing all affairs with mutual consent. so he is too much arrogant, isn't even ready to see or receive my call.

Both the partners should agree for dissolution / change in partners without court intervention.
