dear experts, we have land with house at tenali in ap which bought orally by taking original title by our grand father and build house long back. Now we moved to vizag 500 km from tenali. While we left tenali we sold it to some one. We gave him municipal house tax and water tax receipts which on our name. And original document of title. We make agrement with buyer in 100rs stamp paper. Now the paper owner filed eviction suit on the buyer and us. We have any legal right on it? Is paper owner has right to file suit after 26 years of oral sale with out original title. Plz advise me.

Without seeing the papers it is difficult to advise. Apparently I do not think you have a good case at hand.

thanks for your kind advice. The paper owner also sold orally piece of land to our neibour. All our street members ready to give wittness in our favour. Now The buyer is in possession of the land he affraiding to face the suit. We sent village bigmen to paper owner to mediate the issue. He told that he wil pay the same amount(how much we sold ) to us to vacate. The buyer not agreed. If paper owner rigister it to another with certified copy is valid?.

Tax Receipts will not a title to the property. No property can be transferred without a registered document. Your title is defective. The original owner is kind enough to come for negotiation. The buyer should also agree and take back his amount. You can negotiate with the original owner for payment of reasonable interest to the buyer and settle the matter. Otherwise, the buyer will loose the entire money.
