Hi Experts,
I am representing myself in my case of marriage annulment and it is now in 'CROSS EXAMINATION' stage. In another 10 days i have to cross-examine my wife. I wanted to submit some of the documents and the SMS messages through which i am going to cross examine my wife. Could you please let me know what is the procedure to submit the documents that i have to court before 'Cross Examination' of my wife. I need the format of the AFFIDAVIT or MEMO for document evidence submission.
Please do the needful.

The documents must be original and formally proved. if she admits then it is exhibitted.
You can confront her with the sms es but unless she admits it, you can not exhibit it

For submitting the documentary evidence on memo, you can do it during your evidence stage only, but you can get documents marked while cross examining her if she admits them. Take the help of a lawyer out of the court, prepare things properly and fully before encountering her in a cross examination.
