Sale deed

Process to get a sale. Land owner has not given us a sale deed and we have been residing in this property since 10 years. Pls suggest a solution and steps to move ahead. All payments are made.

If you have purchased this property then it is incumbent on part of landlord to provide for it. Sent letter followed by Legal Notice for Sale deed.

If sale deed has been registered an deed not given to you, can take copy from registrar office.

If you have agreement and receipt of money paid, send legal notice for execution of sale deed.

give full facts. You have paid fully, what is the mode of payment? Whether any written agreement is there of not? Is he not giving the sale deed though registration over, or he is not willing to register the property? three line query will not solve your problem.

What is the basis of your occupation and possession of the property?, if there was a sale agreement, better go ahead with a suit for specific performance of contract since the entire consideration amount has been paid.Consult your lawyer and proceed.
