Hello sir
I won 498 case and now I want to go for divorce but she is refusing to give divorce I want to know now what are the option s available for getting divorce.

File a suit for divorce. the order of acquittal will be of much help in getting divorce.

File case of divorce if she is not agreeing for mutual consent divorce. Acquittal orders would be helpful.

file for divorce on grounds of mental cruelty . filing false case of 498A amounts to mental cruelty . if you have been acquitted then you can file for divorce on said ground

You do not have to ask for her consent for divorce, since she has already committed cruelties on you, better engage an advocate and proceed with divorce case on the grounds of cruelty along with any other supporting grounds.

If you wish to get the divorce, you have file a petition for divorce irrespective of the existing cases filed by her against you.
