Dear Experts,
Child custody matter between the parents is pending before the court and no restrictive order is made but visitation allowed in the court premises without any word about rights of non-custodial natural guardian out side the court.
What happens to rights of non-custodial natural guardian outside the court and beyond visitation hours allowed by the court?
Are the rights of non-custodial natural guardian active only within court order (visitation)?
Are the rights of non-custodial natural guardian automatically suspended outside the court order, even nothing mentioned about it?
Please give citation in support of the answers.

we dont provide citations . you can have access to child only during visitation hours mentioned by court in its orders

Do you mean to say that rights of non-custodial natural guardian automatically suspended outside the court order, even when nothing mentioned about it?

The orders on the visitation rights application is not specific about your query, it is deemed that there is no permission for that, thus when there is no specific order one cannot take it for granted as per his own understanding. Show the order copy to your lawyer and get it clarified.
