Dear sir,
I want to know, if one company is doing fraud and cheating to one or more people, in this situation how can police can do FIR, individualy or separately, and how it is advisable as a co-complaint.as per low!!!
What are the law to approach at EOW.

If company has cheated many person, each cheated person has right to lodge FIR in individual capacity.

Thanks for your advice, but police is taking one FIR and all others as co-complainer.
Also c.p. Order to make individual fir to police, in this situation how can we take action against police or what actual we have to do.

Now accused had filed bail application against fir, we strongly opposed, but still session court judge given next hearing date.
What steps are required to stop bail of accused ?
