If i have a gay husband how can i prove it in the court of law to get divorce? my husband is harassing me from last many years so that i drop cases of maintenance and domestic violence against him. recent news of gay husband (suicide case of AIMS Dr) got my attention and i realized that my husband has been behaving like one all my marital years though we have two sons from this marriage. sir please help me.i want to divorce my husband ,he has caused enough scars on us(me and kids).I even want to close all the cases and get divorced to live peacefully with my children...as it is my family is supporting us since last two years..i do not wish to take anything from my husband neither my sons intend to take anything from him.Forget rights...right to live a peaceful and respectful life is more important than anything else. kindly guide me how to go about it.

Your query seems to be quite a vague one. At least before posting your query, you could have checked the meaning of the term "gay". When you say, "we have two sons from this marriage," how do you say your husband is gay?
By no means you can prove your husband as gay. If you have some real problem, don't try to use wrong allegations for getting divorce.

yOU CAN ASK FOR MEDICAL TEST TO PROVE THIS ALLEGATION.
You can prove this by way of eye witness if any.

You have to gather concrete proofs for his being a gay. You can file cases of domestic violence against him.
Explore the possibility of mutual consent divorce.

After 2 children were born out of UR wedlock, today saying that he is gay does not hold any meaning legally.U do not possess the evidences to prove he is GAY. I feel the reasons could be something different.
As said by the above experts U can file other cases.

Don't try to adopt a silly practice for blaming your husband falsely just to fructify the purpose of getting divorce.
Better you hire a local senior lawyer and file a divorce petition describing cogent reason.

If you feel that you cannot live with him anymore and there is no possibility of continuing the marital voyage with him, you may decide to dissolve the marriage by a decree of divorce and if you have sufficient reasons to prove his cruelty, that may become a ground for divorce. The other allegations are very strong in nature, it requires concrete evidence to prove or else it may back fire with a defamation case against you, beware of it.
