How can we complaint against kinder garden school, which is opened in residential area in our neighbours. It creates huge traffic jam in school hours. Under which section/ act , we can take action against school. Where to complaint. Area comes under Patiala municipal corporation, Punjab.

What is your grievance? Functioning of the school or the traffic block?

Send complaints to local Municipality, education department and traffic police.

Issue legal notice to the School, police, municipality and other concerned departments.
If no change in circumstances file a suit for permanent and mandatory injunction or a writ of mandamus in High Court.
