Rate of interest is rs 2 per hindered ?

Hi,
Please let me know what will be interest of rs 100000 for 2 years. Rate of interest is rs 2.00 per hundered. This amount was lending through written on non judicial stamp paper & rate of interest was written in same style as above mentioned.
Also let me know that is there any difference between the rate of interest rs 2.00 per hundered & 2% per annum.

rs.2 per month mean monthly interest is 2000. so yearly 2000 X 12= 24000/-

but 2% per annum mean yearly interest is just 2000.

Sir there mentioned 2 rupay prati sekada.no monthly & yearly written. I want to claim interest rs 24000 per year but he offers only 2000 per year because no yearly or monthly written on stamp paper. Can I go for court to claim. Does result will in my favour

Your claim cannot be sustained in the court of law. Better get back the amount of loan from the debtor.
