If the maintenance is decided by the court, you should not stop it. Move to court to order your wife to provide the information.

Approach the Hon'ble Court through your advocate for issuance of necessary directions to your wife to provide all requisite information/documents.

As the order is from the court,UR wife has to give U the documents related to UR daughter, she cannot say no.When the provision for education allowance is there for U,U can bring it to the notice of the court.

I agree with the Experts view. U have omitted to furnish full details of the case. Hence all experts are assuming that u have been paying maintenance to ur wife under court's order.

If it is court order to pay maintenance, then you may not risk to stop the payment which may attract contempt of court.
