Divorce can be filed after one year of the marriage.

I don't have faith on her character. I have got her dairy in which she has stated that she is/was in relationship with a boy she was deeply entangled with that boy.Due to family pressure she was married with me the inlaws did not disclose her affair to me and i was badly cheated and the way she treates with me is not bearable.Now i am not in a position to spend my entire life with her and want to get rid of her immediately. There is no way out of negotiation. Only divorce is the solution what i can see or think .Kindly suggest

If you are Very Sure about what You had Stated With regard to her Diary You First Be Cool and With A Normal Mind with out Tension and Anger Talk to Her Peacefully,Pleasantly and request Her You Prefer To be Relieved From Her.Taking Her Consent You Both could Apply For Mutual Consent Divorce Which Will Be Completed In 6 months.If you deal with her in anger It would Provoke her and she will Not be Co operative For Mutual Consent Divorce.Convince Her and Get Relieved.As already Said Divorce could be Filed Only After completion of 1 year of Marriage.Till then Live separately with her Consent.Till then You Be Such a Good Man To her to be Relieved with Out any Hurdles.

Sir marriage depends upon love and faith but neither she has love and nor i have faith on her so i am dam sure that i can't spend my life with her their family members have embarrassed us fefore the society and we are feeling humiliation without any fault i want to file devorce case to abate the chance of 498 or dowry act i want to save my family members too can i file a case

Your Enemy would be the Best remedy.As Advised by Me Talk to her. Your Issues will be over Peacefully.Or It Is Up to You Consult Your Local Good advocate and File Cases and Keep spending Money and Time In Family Courts It is Up To You.
