Sir,Please can you help me how to get register as association of persons? What is the procedure and to whom we should contact for help?

what association? in completed query. However you may contact the District Registrar of Societies for procedure.

There is no requirement to register an Association of persons. It is enough, if you have documents which establish that you are an Association of persons. On that basis you can apply for and get a PAN Card. Thereafter, the Association of persons can file the Income Tax Return.
