One of my friends has given me powers to administer the will with specific powers to give more or less to the beneficiaries listed in the will and manage the remaining property either to establish a hospital or use for public good. I am allowed to draw Rs.15000/- as monthly remuneration. Am I by law bound to adhere to the terms of the will or can I use monies for my personal use ? All the beneficieries have been paid more than what is mentioned in the will.
Can I create a trust for this money for public good ?

Mr. Shah,
Without seeing the Will, none expert would be in a position to reply to all of your 'legal' queries. If such a provision is there in the will, you can use the 15000/- for personal use and so far as illegal thing i.e. 'Can I use monies for my personal use', no expert would like to say anything about your ill intentions. You are invariably bound by the terms of the Will.

All the terms of the will need to be referred, you can not use property of the deceased for personal use except to the extent authorized by the will.

Utilising the money other than your entitlement, will be considered as an illegal act, so better do not venture into misappropriation of funds or misuse t]your position.
Youmayrate a trust for the benefits of those in need as per the conditions of will.
