When appointment letter was signed appointing authority was Principle.
The secretary must be having the power to suspend and terminate.

If college is run by trust why did Principal signed appointmnet letter?
appointment letter is on college letter head.
suspension letter is on trust's letter head. is it legal?

Apparently appointment itself is erroneous.
Apparently suspension is by authority higher than Principal. True?

The school, principle, trust, trustee have already done what they decided to do and have already signed what they wanted to sign.
The trust must have drawn its nomenclature and constitution and described who is what?
The School must have complied to various rules/laws/enactments that apply to it and must have registered with corresponding authorities. Accordingly the school can frame its rules but can not violate the provisions of various enactments applicable to it.
You may check if the school is affiliated with some Board e.g. CBSE and service conditions as prescribed in affiliation by laws…………………………….or as prescribed by State Education Act …………………………..or if it is educational Instt. for private gains and has to register under State Shops and Estbs Act then service conditions as narrated in it………………….and thus you will know the forums that you can approach………………………….and also the appointing authority and disciplinary authority on a particular day/date.
If the school and authority has committed any illegality/transgression then it is in your favor.
You should seek counsel and support of an able labor Law Consultant/Defense Assistant.
Such matters are handled with a firm mind and astute home work.
