Sir,
U presently require a psychologist and a deaddiction specialists for UR son rather than a legal expert.

can U disown UR son who has been brought into this world by URself.

A father is wholly and solly responsible for either the success or the destruction of his children.History tells us many many realities about these things.

As a senior advocate and a senior citizen the word disowning my son by U pierces like an arrow into my heart.

There are various measures of transforming him, investigate the avenues and change him.

Sir,

Thank you so much for the reply and i really appreciate your advice. However after trying my level best i took this decision.

And it does not mean that i would disowned my only son forever. This is the one of the harsh step i want to take to make him realize that he must respect the 'Laxmi" and relations.

Even he beats my wife at times which has become intolerable. Once he would understand that he does not have the right in my property anymore to ask then he might realize his did.

Believe me sir it really a painful decision for me.

Please suggest.

Regards,
Santosh

The correct solution for UR problem is a psychiatrist.Hence don't waste time and bring UR son to normalcy.Man proposes and god disposes, that's the theory.

Sir,

You are absolutely correct.

Still i would like to know is there any legal process by which we can get rid of this problem.

Please suggest.

Regards,
Santosh

The only legal solution is involve him in some criminal case and send him to jail to get rid of him.

Are U prepared?
Santosh Kumar Gupta (Querist) 23 September 2015
Absolutely not..

It is my property it depends on me to with whom i would share my property.

i want to do the same in a legal way.

I do not want my hard earned money to be in the hand of an irresponsible person.

No legal avenues for disowning a spoiled son.Its absolutely UR property and hence better investigate ways and means to change him.

Ms Santosh,

So, being a student (as per your profile), do you really have a son also (seeming to be major in age), who is addicted to liquer?

Rajendra K Goyal (Expert) 23 September 2015
You can will your property in name of other relative whom you want.
SAINATH DEVALLA (Expert) 23 September 2015
He must be the son as per my assessment.Vague and academic query wasting time, not able to accept the inputs given.

Sainath ji,

She is a student, but shows as if she has a son, probably a major one in age, as he is having addiction like other major male members.
