legal process for starting a beauty parlour

I am starting a beauty parlour in my residence I hold a diploma in hair n govt certificate in hair cuts. But dont have certificate for skin though I cleared the skin exam but the institute not giving me the certificate .
So can I start my beauty parlour on the basis of hair certificates ?

Better Take Some Pain and Obtain the Certificate Related To Skin with out Inviting Un Necessary Complications

when u have cleared exam. for skin then institute is bound to issue certificate to you.contact institute for the same.

Thank u so much sir I am trying to get the.certificate.but the owner is just all the time delaying it so I recorded the conversations of.ours and.also laminated the fee recipt.

Whether the certificates / diploma is from recognised institutions?

If so, you can start.

If recognized by Govt. you can go ahead for which you are qualified. Always add the one when you get certificate.
